PROSPECTIVE PARTNER PRIVACY
Business information, kept separate from all patient data.
This notice describes the design of the prospective-partner interest form. Storage remains disabled until the full controller identity, lawful basis and retention period are approved and published.
StatusOperational document pending final legal review.
What will be requested
Organisation, entity type, website, country, professional contact, role, work email, optional telephone and interest area. No free-text field is requested.
What must not be sent
Do not send patient names, family histories, diagnoses, genes, variants, reports, medical documents, credentials or clinical cases.
Purpose
To review potential business fit for a conversation or future Spain pilot. Expressing interest does not create an account or authorise profile publication.
Conversation booking
If the calendar is activated, the booking provider identified on the page will process the name, work email, organisation and selected time needed to manage the meeting. Do not use the calendar to send medical, genetic or patient information.
Security
The form will use server-side validation, Cloudflare Turnstile and restricted Supabase storage. The record will have no anonymous read access.
Recipients
There is no active CRM integration. If one is configured later, only a minimum business-data allowlist will be sent; never documents, credentials or patient information.
Contact
For questions about this future collection, write to partners@genidi.com. Do not send clinical information by email.
